As a certified Professional Coach, trained in both individual and organizational coaching, I believe that businesses are most effective when they view creativity, well-being, and inspiration as assets in their growth strategies. Before opening my own coaching/consulting practice, I spent 15 years being a part of (and sometimes leading!) teams in creative agencies, nonprofits, and startups. I’ve seen all sides of the business world and I enjoy helping my clients create and achieve exciting growth plans. In particular, I enjoy helping leaders understand what processes and practices will allow the work to be fulfilling for themselves and their teams, while contributing to the company’s growth and success.
I specialize in working with companies or teams of 5 – 50, and am especially keen on creative design services groups (ad, pr, branding & marketing) led by lusty entrepreneurs with big visions.

I hold a BA in Writing and Literature from Middlebury College, and am certified through the Coaches Training Institute — the largest coach training program and network internationally.
